History & Lore:
The technique was developed on the banks of the Narmada and can be dated as far as 5th Century. Under the rule of the Holkar Empire where the Queen Ahilya Bai Holkar ordered its as a gift to her royal guests, that the craft and fabric’s status reached new heights.
Soon its Gleam and Glamour caught up with the masses and today its one of the most sought-after pieces of tradition, heritage and comfort, part of every saree connoisseur’s closet.

RETURNS AND INITIATION

To initiate a return, please

Include your order number, item name (bomber jacket), reason for return, and attach any relevant photos if there’s a defect or discrepancy.
We will respond promptly with return instructions and where applicable a prepaid label or address details.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The jacket must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and labels intact.
The package should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Returns must be initiated within × 7 days of delivery
Customized items or items clearly marked non-returnable are excluded from returns.

REFUND

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and verify it meets the return conditions, we’ll process the refund.
Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days from the date we approve the return.
If you selected cash-on-delivery at purchase, then an alternative refund mechanism (credit note or bank transfer) may apply — please check your order terms.
